CATHIP is a collaborative educative and empowering health literacy programme that reaches people where they are to enable them to take control of their health and to support others. We are working with our partners.
How the programme works
We bring relevant health topics that matters to our community.
- Online Education and discussion with medics and others on what you need to know about specific health issues and how you can take control of your care.
- Uses the evidence to support the programme and lived experiences.
- Will leave you feeling empowered and enabled to self-care and self-manage aspects of your own health and wellbeing.
- Evaluation and feedback essential to ensure we are always listening to people
All CATHIP partners have a health & wellbeing focus and support the Caribbean & African community in dealing with the disproportionate impact of health problems.
